Great food and awesome service

Sorry - one of the worst BBQ places I have eaten at. Meat was so drenched in sauce (jar sauce??) that you couldn’t taste it. Service was incredibly slow (but people were nice). Won’t be back

Great food.

This should not be advertised as a bbq restaurant. It's not and what they do have was terrible. Food was cold and it took more than an hour. Not during peak hours either. Just a terrible experience.

The food was delicious. The ribs were falling off the bone tender. Too much for one person to eat. The butterfly shrimp and fried okra were crunchy and delicious. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious as well. The sweet tea was fresh and sweet. I will eat here again my next visit.

On Thursdays they have Chicken and Dressing. It's the main reason for going there on Thursday. The service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend if you never been, then GO there

Ribs were terrible, I won't go back. Corn was hard as hell, Cole slaw tasted bland. Horrible food. The ice was great. Thats about all.

I had to wait a long time for my barbeque chicken and was disappointed to find my sandwich hardly barbequed and cold. Not only that, the sweet tea was too sweet. If I could I'd rate it 0 stars.

Been the a couple times for lunch . Very good BBQ pork sandwich, baked beans and some great Brunswick stew. Brought a gallon of the stew home. Its that good.

this is what a person at home without a smoker would make for bbq...it was braised pork with tomato sauce...I cant say enough about how terrible the food was. THIS IS NOT BBQ...I didnt even smell smoke when I walked in (which should have been my red flag) so im pretty sure nothing there is smoked. HORRIBLE FOOD

Very Overpriced for the Quality of Food. Many items not good. Iceburg Salads (?). Ordered what turned out to be a 1 piece (3") Catfish dinner with 3 sides. Given 1 small condiment cup tarter sauce and no offer for more. What they call slaw, phew: Shredded Cabbage and Carrots mixed heavy with a heavy Mayonaise. I told waitress I did not like it and take it away. She did not but attempted to charge me for it at the register anyway. She brought me a teaspoon sample of what they called Brunswick Stew.it is made with macaroni and I am not even going to try and guess what seasonings, NASTY squared. The people who did come in were all local utility workers and they all ordered either chopped steak with gravy or a hamburger. NOBODY ordered any BBQ product, period. That says enough about the BBQ. Double Purple Pen, Will Never Go Back. Extremely Overpriced for Low quality NASTY food and going to charge you even after you tell them to take it back. Styrofoam drink cups. No Sir.

Brunswick stew was good as always, pork sandwiches were also good, love Adam's Bbq

Adams is my Favorite Restaurant. I love going there to eat. The Enviroment is welcoming and the staff are Amazing.

Sweet people and great portions.

BBQ was not good or fresh tasting, and the sauce was watery and probably store bought, food tasted reheated and all sides seem like canned food. I'd avoid this "BBQ" resteraunt.

The food was great! The table was a bit sticky and the waitress could have been more attentive but hey, they're open!!

Servers are generally very friendly, service is pretty quick. The barbecue not so good! They have very good salads and a wide varied menu. Most things I have had there were good except the barbecue!

Wow I tried the BBQ sandwich this time and oh my talk about out of this world. Tgat sumgun was excellent!!!!! Can't wait to grab a couple more!!!!

The prices could be betterA 10oz ribeye for 16.95 that's ridiculous price I could understand if it was bigger for that price. The lighting could be a little more brighter cause it hurts some people's eyes and also it gives people headaches.

bbq sammy was tasty but pretty skimpy on the meat.

It was good eating. The food was a bit slow on coming out. The people are very nice and are willing to help out new comers. Clean overall a good place to eat if you want some home cooked BBQ

Home cooking and great service

Me and my Husband stopped by on our way to the lake ordered 2 bbq sandwiches a order of onion rings and slaw. The bbq sandwiches tasted more like Brunswick stew instead of pork bbq sandwiches. Was not really impressed at all. I was showing my husband something on my phone and the waitress we had done told we were good on our drink kept standing there trying to look and see what was on my phone and finally walked away after I put my phone down. Nosey waitresses and rude people setting next to us who didn’t care the use of the words they used and food was not great at all. Wasted $20 bucks and a hour of my time at this place.

The pork sandwiches may have tasted good if there was any meat on them...basically bread and bbq sauce.

Love this place always good

It was a good BBQ place. It's homemade and tastes delicious. It's old-fashioned Southern Barbeque. We'll definitely return in the future. I highly recommend the pork barbeque plate.

Every other week I am here. I live in Dalton so when we go shopping we like to make this our lunch stop. Every time I go in everyone is so friendly and nice. The prices are great and the food greater. I recommend them to everyone.

Stopped here on a recent road trip for lunch... The service was a little slow but the staff was prompt and friendly... Had the best hamburger in recent years.. Nice size and full of flavor.. Added Chile and cheese to mine.

Seemed like a locals place. Nothing to brag about. Everything average. One notable, the sweet potato fries was the best food on my lunch plate. Service was with a smile.

Food is great, they were just under staffed. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take a drink order.

First time eating there and will not be back, ordered two pork plates to go, meat was tough like it was baked in oven then mixed with tomato sauce, no flavor, potato salad was the kind you get at the grocery store, beans were straight out of the can no flavor at all, fried okra was ok ate the okra and the toast threw the rest in the trash.

The BBQ plate was not up to par...will not be eating there again
